Andrea Doman began her career interning at a variety of boutique and major companies including Songs Music Publishing (acquired by Kobalt in 2017), Mercury Records and Island Def Jam, as well as with artists and their managers, all the while working for multi-platinum and Billboard #1 producer/writer D.A. Got that Dope. She transitioned into the P.R.O. world working with songwriters, producers, artists and their teams at ASCAP in both New York and Los Angeles offices. Most recently, she joined the A&R team at Prescription Songs in Los Angeles where she signs and helps to develop songwriters and producers.

Over eight years Damien Platt has been in the music industry he has worked across a wide range of roles from event management at festivals, tour management, sound engineering, musician, record labels, PR, and artist management.

In 2015, Damien was elected onto two not-for-profit boards, The Push and Face the Music Conference. In the same year Damien started at Teamtrick as a day-to-day manager / A&R working with acts such as Allday, Mallrat and Baro. In 2017, Damien commenced working as a product coordinator at Vicious Recordings (Peking Duk, Avicii, Madison Avenue) where he oversees five independent dance labels as well as starting his own management company Palms Management. In 2019 Damien was promoted to product and marketing manager at Vicious Recordings.

Damien represents a diverse roster of emerging acts from VIC and NSW including Rachel Maria Cox (NSW), Tulliah (Regional VIC) and Freakclub (VIC).
