Having moved to London, UK at 18, Laurie Lee Boutet was quickly immersed in the music scene and found her calling. By 21, she was throwing gigs in London’s vibrant music borough Camden, filming acoustic sessions, and writing about undiscovered local UK talent on her blog. All of this lead to her being offered a full-time A&R scout position at Virgin EMI / Universal UK Records. Laurie Lee continued working at Virgin EMI for two years, until her return back to Canada where she transitioned over to A&R at Universal Music Canada. In 2016, Laurie Lee left Universal to start Wednesday Management, an artist management company currently representing RALPH, GRAE, Alex Porat and producer / songwriter Connor Seidel. Laurie Lee is also an A&R consultant at Arts and Crafts Records.
